Nique Tan is one of Singapore’s leading professional mentalists, with more than two decades of experience captivating audiences with his distinctive brand of mind reading and psychological entertainment.

Over the course of his career, Nique has performed extensively in Singapore and internationally, entertaining audiences at corporate events, private engagements, theatres and live entertainment venues. His international experience has taken his performances across Asia, including a tour of China, where he brought his mind-reading show to audiences in multiple cities.

Most recently, Nique expanded his international stage experience to the world of cruise entertainment, performing aboard Princess Cruises’ Diamond Princess. Performing in the ship’s theatre for an international audience presented an entirely different scale for his work, with Nique developing and adapting elements of his show for Japanese-speaking audiences, further extending the international reach of his work.

Back home in Singapore, Nique is also a resident performer at The Magic Bar, where he performs Whispers of the Mind, his intimate live mentalism experience. In contrast to his large-scale stage performances, the show places audiences just feet away from the action, allowing Nique to explore mind reading in its most direct and personal form.

A student of magic and mentalism for more than three decades, Nique is also a multiple award-winning magician and an active contributor to the international magic and mentalism community. He has lectured for fellow performers, created and released original material for mentalists, and appeared at international conventions including lecturing at MINDventionX for international mentalists.
